Billing and refunds

For payments, invoices, cancellations and refunds, email the same address. You can also cancel or change your plan any time from Manage plan in the app. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Report content

To report an image that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, or content that uses your likeness or brand without permission, email hello@getbrandgen.com with the link. Content reports follow the Grievance Officer timelines below.
