How credits work, what each plan includes, and where to see your balance.
- How do I cancel or change my plan?Go to Plan & Billing. Use Change plan to move up or down, or Cancel Plan to stop renewing. Upgrades start right away. If you cancel or downgrade, you keep your plan until the end of the billing period, and your remaining credits stay.
- Do my credits expire?Monthly plan credits refresh at each renewal and don't roll over. Extra credits you buy as top-ups stay until you use them. Free credits are a one-time amount. Here is how it works.
