Do my credits expire?
Monthly plan credits refresh at each renewal and don't roll over. Extra credits you buy as top-ups stay until you use them. Free credits are a one-time amount. Here is how it works.
Short answer: your monthly credits refresh at each renewal, and any you didn't use don't roll over. Extra credits you buy as a top-up don't expire. They stay in your account until you use them. Free credits are a one-time amount that doesn't refresh.
What kinds of credits are there?
Open Plan & Billing (account menu, top right) and look at Credit Balance. It splits your balance into two parts, for example "Monthly 913 + Extra 1,000":
- Monthly - the credits included in your plan for the current billing period.
- Extra credits - credits you bought as a top-up.
You can also see your balance in the credits pill at the top of the app, and when your monthly credits next reset.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
At each renewal, your monthly credits are refilled to your plan's monthly amount. Monthly credits you didn't use in the last period don't carry over.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Extra credits stay in your account until you use them, across renewals.
Which credits are used first?
Monthly credits are used first. Extra credits are only used once your monthly credits run out.
Do Free plan credits refresh?
No. The Free plan includes a one-time amount of credits when you sign up. It doesn't refill each month. To get more, move to a paid plan. See .
