How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Plan & Billing. Use Change plan to move up or down, or Cancel Plan to stop renewing. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, and your remaining credits stay.

Short answer: open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Plan & Billing. Click Change plan to move to a different plan, or Cancel Plan to stop renewing. Either way, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, and your remaining credits stay in your account.
Where do I manage my plan?
Click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Plan & Billing. The Subscription card shows your current plan, your next renewal date and the amount, along with the buttons to change or cancel.
How do I change my plan?
- On Plan & Billing, click Change plan.
- The plan picker shows every plan side by side, with your current one marked Current plan.
- Click Choose on the plan you want.
What happens next depends on the direction:
- Moving to a bigger plan: you go through checkout, handled securely by Polar.
- Moving to a smaller plan: the change starts at your next renewal. You keep everything in your current plan until then, and the Subscription card shows Plan change pending with the date it switches.
To compare what each plan includes, see Pricing.
How do I cancel?
- On Plan & Billing, click Cancel Plan.
- Confirm in the Cancel subscription? window.
Your plan is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Until that date you keep full access, and the Subscription card shows it as Access until with the date. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
