How do I sign in, and what if I can't?
BrandGen uses Google sign-in: click Sign in with Google and pick your account. Your first sign-in creates your BrandGen account. Here is what to do if it doesn't work.
Short answer: BrandGen uses Google to sign in. Go to the sign-in page, click Sign in with Google and pick your Google account. The first time you do this, BrandGen creates your account for you, so there is no separate sign-up form or password.
How do I sign in?
- Go to getbrandgen.com/login.
- Click Sign in with Google.
- Choose the Google account you want to use and follow Google's steps.
- You land on your projects.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. Signing in with Google for the first time creates your BrandGen account on the Free plan, with free credits to try it out. See Pricing for what Free includes.
Can I sign in without Google?
Not at the moment. Google is the only way to sign in. If you don't use Gmail, you can still create a Google account with the email address you already have.
What if I see "Sign-in failed. Please try again."?
This means Google sign-in didn't finish. Try these in order:
- Click Sign in with Google again and complete every step on Google's screen.
- Check that cookies are allowed for getbrandgen.com. Strict privacy settings or extensions can stop sign-in from finishing.
- Try a different browser.
