How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete a project and all its images yourself from the project menu. To delete your whole account and its data, email hello@getbrandgen.com. Here is what each option removes.
Short answer: you can delete any project, with all its images, yourself from the project menu. To delete your whole account and the data that goes with it, email hello@getbrandgen.com from the email address you sign in with. There isn't a delete-account button in the app yet.
How do I delete a project and its images?
- On Your projects, click the ⋮ menu on the project's tile.
- Choose Delete.
- Confirm in the Delete this project? window.
The project and all its images are permanently deleted. This can't be undone.

Can I delete a single image?
Not yet. Images are deleted together with their project. To remove one image, you'd need to delete the whole project it's in.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@getbrandgen.com from the email address on your BrandGen account and ask for your account to be deleted. Our Privacy Policy says: "You can request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@getbrandgen.com. We will handle deletion requests as required by applicable law."
Before you ask:
